Have a gig in a few weeks where I have been hired w/my HPX-500 P2 camera to Skype a live interview that I will be shooting. Have never done this before, I’m not sure if client is providing the computer or using my own, but I attempted a test on my MacBook Pro(ver 10.7.5/OS X Lion) and was unable to even locate the proper cable configuration from the 1394 output on P2 to Mac. I’m thinking I may need to invest in a converter or SDI box or some cable I am unfamiliar with. Any thhoughts?
