I’d love to be able to use one here but I also have the question of practicality under the schedules for shooting news. If I’m under a time crunch to get a story I don’t really have the time to pull one out to get supplemental shots. The reporter could be writing their story during that time but that most likely wouldn’t happen. Would this type of equipment lead to dedicated operators like we used to have just for trucks? That way the station knows exactly who is using one, where it is and what type of story its on. Helps with insurance and training too.
