Several years ago we were doing a live-to-tape with a NASCAR driver and I guess this particular driver was this fans hero because when he saw him he took off towards him(with beer bong and all), all of a sudden in the back of the shot, you see my producer lay a nice shoulder block into this guy and he disappears... Never made it to him. Gotta love 'Dega...
Maybe someone who understands idiots better than me can explain this: Why do the same idiots that want to act like morons and wave and yell in your shots when you're trying to get people acting "normal" never want to be on TV when you want to shoot them or ask them a Q and give them a legitimate shot at being on?
It's also funny when you run into people who don't want to be on because they are supposed to be at work(or somewhere else) and I've even run into people who didn't want to be shown with the other person that they were with(wouldn't that just be a b!tch if your wife saw you on ESPN with your girlfriend? LOL...
).
