Before anybody tries this, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to use the official seal of a government agency on a fake credential or document or for private purposes. It's also illegal in most states to make false statements to police, including presenting false identification.

Funny idea, though.

It would real funny right until a the inevitable supervisor picked up his 2-way and called in for verification.

Hell, why not take the government logo off it, and get Kevin to approve a "b-roll" ID? If a whole bunch of us chip in $1 I'm sure we'd get enough to pay for someone in the graphics department to work up a new b-roll logo that included a bald eagle & some latin... Boom, problem solved!

PS Maybe a better idea is some plastic badge, painted gold to look as flashy as the rent-a-cop's badge when they ask for a photog ID.

Seems like a much better idea to let them harass you, arrest you, then collect a big delicious check from said government agency for civil rights violations than to use that thing.

Just my opinion though.
