Have You Shot for the Urbane Wedding Company ?

I would like some feed back about this company if you have used them. I shot a wedding for them and I have not received payment through Pay Pal as promised. They were supposed send me a link to upload the video that shot that has yet to happen. They advertise all over the country. They claim to pay 500 for main wedding shooter and 300 for the secondary. If you have any info about this company please let me know.

I don't shoot/edit weddings for many reasons but cheapness and high expectations while being cheap are high on the list. For any new or out of town clients, especially consumers, a deposit or in some cases, full pre-payment should be mandatory. If they resist, walk away. If it's been a while since you did the work, that's not a good sign and may not even be worth pursuing. Good luck.

Well that's not hard to believe Handy, you've been so busy lately on the worldwideweb managing the moneys of stock exchanges and posting your most benefitting financial infos link on other websites. By the way, your stocks website would not accept my pre-paid Walmart credit card that I just loaded up with $1.35 million. You just lost a sale & need to get that fixed!

Most of us shooter really don't shoot weddings. Best bet to ask on the WEVA board. They do weddings and special events The memebers are made up of wedding shooters.

You're probably already aware of this, but this company has apparently gone out of business. Do a search online, and you'll find a slew of disgruntled brides and shooters.
