What's the 411 on KSWB in San Diego? I know it's not a great news market, but is the WB a decent place to work? How are people treated? How is management? I don't care about the ratings.

Their news director, Suzanne Black, is wonderful and a great boss to work for. They've just started news in the past 5 years so all the gear should still be pretty new.
