reporter nicknames

we've all heard the nicknames for reporters...dancing monkey, etc....but what about nicknames for specific reporters on your crew? my personal favorite nickname is "sparkles"....for one of our screen-hungry reporters.

I worked with a producer once that some of the photogs called "Sausages" because she wore such tight clothing she resembled a girl assembled from sausage links.

Since I can always use a hand with the equipment, I like to delete the "re" in
reporter and just call them porters...

I like "prima" (as in prima-donnas), "Meat puppet," and for male reporters "pretty boy."

I dont know what to call him, but ihaveone that looks like a dear in headlights with big ears and glasses....any sugestions would be appreciated

We have a reporter at our station that we call "crash" because he's always crashing trying to get his script in on time. Also refers to the editor crashing since they get very little time to cut his packages due to the overly late script.

for his unerring eloquence during liveshots...we used to have a reporter here affectionately known as "Marbles." (as in ...in his mouth)
