LCD displays

Is anyone using an LCD display on the camcorder? How often and when do you use it?

I am thinking about buying one for myself, but still havent made up my mind. I am trying to see how it would help me on a casual news story, where you don't need to setup any complex lighting .

I bought one from ebay, the link for the seller is on a post somewhere on this board. It works real well, I dont use it like I thought I would, but it can be handy. Make sure that you have fresh batteries. My only complaint was some dead pixels right from the start. It has a nice bar thing that includes a screw that mounts right where the screw hole for a light stud goes. It can be moved back inline with your handle. Overall, a good purchase. you have to set your bright and contrast or you could get false readings.
