Batteries not lasting on Sony camera

Hi everyone , This is going to "jog" some memories i'm sure

A few years ago someone sent on some great info ( a memo ) on how to go the menu on all Sony Pro cameras , and it showed the steps on how to change the settings so that batteries would last a bit longer .

I know that this is going to be very difficult but does anyone has in their possession a copy of that memo or can anyone remember how to change the battery settings on the Sony Pro cameras in order to ensure longer battery life ?

It was probably just adjusting the threshold for the voltage that the camera looks for for low batt warning and then what the "end of battery" voltage is.
