Another FCP question

I'm trying to lock multiple video tracks together (to find an easy way to have motion follow on many tracks) instead of putting in keyframe numbers to match the motion.

There has to be a way to do this. Anyone know?

Nesting.
Select the video tracks you want to work with, then go to "Nest Items" under the Sequence menu. Then apply your motions to the nested track.
