every so often our job gets a bit confrontational, and threats of litigation fly. has anyone been through something like this, and what can i do (other than roll tape as evidence) to protect myself and my station?

there is a reporter in my shop that starts every package the same way: loooong soundbite from walk & talk, then track: "_________ shows us _________" i've also heard some pretty funny stories about a guy who started all his packages like this: "in a _________ town in a ________ _________"...

...so i'm going to the nudist camp for a media friendly open house. i've been thinking of ways to shoot this (sweeps piece) while shooting around the dangly bits, i.e. foreground focus tricks, objects in front of dangly bits, etc... any ideas out there?? the only catch is i have only 1 hour...
