By the way am not the Chief here nor the most senior guy either. I'm just tired of being the guy to help bring along the new guys. I don't have it anymore. I left that station (WINK-TV in Ft. Myers) and I'm now chief at the NBC affiliate in Cincinnati. However, if you contact the current WINK chief, Brad Dotson at WINK, I'm certain he'll forward you a copy. He's a great guy and one of my best hires ever.

In fact, he may have been one of the first recipients of the manual. When I left WINK in April, I remember seeing 5 or 6 copies of the manual sitting in people's lockers. Brad could either send you one of those or make a copy to send.

The manual is outdated as a few things have changed since I wrote it, but I was unable to update it as our IT guy erased my documents folder so he could install election software and I didn't feel like rewriting 27(?) pages.
