Wireless Systems

We are finally getting new wireless systems after almost 10 years. Right now we have all Lectrosonics stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to get. I am an advocate of very creative standups and sometimes that means we need to be far away from reporters and can't have drop outs or rf static. I laved a coach and got half of what he said throughout practice. Need something lightwieght and durable as possible.

Not sure the amount of money, but if you could have any wireless set you can, what would you want.

Lectrosonics has come a long way in 10 years. If you have 185 series or about that era you'll be impressed by the newer stuff. We have 200 series gear and it's a world of difference and ours is several years old now.

I know what you mean by the static and dropouts. We just don't hear those things any more unless we really push the distance, say a couple hundred yards.
