This was a British children's show called Rainbow some 20 or more years ago. One night after shooting the regular show, the cast and crew stuck around and shot a short FAKE show for presentation at a Christmas party. Apparently the network had a competition each year for the best outtakes, so these guys went one further and made an off-color version of their show for the party and contest. This never aired and was never supposed to be seen by anyone outside the network, but of course thanks to the advent of YouTube we can enjoy watching them play with their balls.
