I'm sure every city has their weird festivals/parades! This one has to be one of the strangest! Doo Dah parade happens in certain cities! I was asked to do a vo/sot but as things progressed turned this into a nat pkg! Happy Doo Dah!

I would like to have gotten the 5 W's and H from this. I kept wondering why this event is so big. Whose brainchild was it? What does it mean? How did it happen and for how long?
