Edius Regions Missing

Having a big problem with “regions” disappearing when the project is rendered.

I place a shot on the time line. I add one region at a time, ending up with 6 regions on the piece of video. All 6 regions show up on the un-rendered segment. But once I render, some of the regions disappear. If I “undo” the render, and render again, I may get all the regions, or just some of the regions. It’s not the same regions that disappear on a second try.

Today, ALL the regions disappear when I render… I’ve tried this with one, two, three, four, five and six regions. ALL disappear when I render.

What version of Edius are you running? Are you "rendering" or exporting? I assume you've done the three-finger salute? (reboot)

version 3.6 Rendering and exporting... and yes, rebooted. It's happening on several different machines as well.
