Greetings fellow b-rollers!
I am thinking about a 2K/4K camera. I was originally looking at a Sony F5, (as I was renting an F3 with Fuji Cabrio lenses on a semi-regular basis), but I am seeing the Sony FS7 as becoming hugely popular (just like the C300 was a top rental 3 years ago) I am really liking this camera, esp. since Fuji has the new 20-120mm Cabrio and it looked sexy in the brochure mounted on the FS7. I do mostly corporate and some sports and documentary stories. Looks like some killer slo-mo on this camera, and looks like robust broadcast codecs.
Also, looks like F5/55 are more of a cinema camera made for commercials and movies, with a camera assistant and all that jazz, and the FS7 is more of an ENG/run and gun type of setup, thus more practical for my purposes.
What are your thoughts on this camera?
