I have two openings and I'm having trouble finding candidates.

The pay is ok (high 20's, w/OT- low 30's), the station rocks(#1 for 50+ years) and the gear works fine.

If you have people who will be leaving anyway, have them look at WINK-TV (market #66). You can check-out my paid-for ad in the job listings.

My intention is not to take your staff, but if he/she is looking anyway, I'd appreciate if you'd mention our opening.

WINK is a great place to work, if anyone is considering submitting a tape I would highly recommend WINK. I spent just over five years in the Collier Bureau and I honestly have to say it was one of the best paces I have ever worked.
