KNBC!! Whats with the Blue Video?

All NBC stations have Video On Demand and all stations including KNBC feed video to the Newschannel source for it to be shared with the rest of the affiliates. My station needed video of LAX and the video we got from KNBC was smurfy "BLUE!"

Whats up with that #2 market KNBC!?
