Hello Chiefs,
I posted this a while ago... thought I'd try it again for you in this category. I know it might go under the Classified section, but I wanted to get opinions as well. I have a Panasonic AJ-D450 deck, with VERY low hours, which I am really only using to burn window dubs anymore. It's just too powerful for what I need, and I can't seem to find anyone interested in it. Does anyone still use the older DVC format (not the 50), and is looking for good equipment? Secondly, where does everyone usually look for good used gear? I've been told several places, E-Bay, Uncle Geo's, etc. In addition, a couple of engineers that I spoke with told me that their companies only deal with company dealers directly. Is this true? Answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated.
