i saw the easyrig, too - was wondering if that was 'standard issue' or if he brought it on his own, knowing his assignment would be hand-held.....

as a future photojournalist, I just want to let you know what a thrill it was to read about your adventures in Athens. I hope to see you some day and possibly in 2008. good luck with the rest of your adventures.

Thank You! The blog was one of the few sources of sanity I could find daily in Athens. My deepest appreciation to Kevin for letting me have such a free weilding outlet for my frustrations, a bragging board for the victories and a place to let everyone at home know we were okay every day.
My luggage arrived a few hours ago and the clothes will barely be out of the dryer and back in the suitcase on their way to Raleigh, NC in a few more hours.
Thanks for the kind words, e-mails and handshakes in the NBC workspace, I appreciated your company during this crazy journey!
