A client of mine has expressed interest in setting up a webcast or "online TV" broadcast for an upcoming event. It won't be broadcast live, so it's a prerecorded setup. All my experience so far has been with TV and on-air broadcasters, and this webcasting thing is new to me.
My client gave me a link to a place called www.niftytv.com . I'm currently waiting for them to return my call, but I wanted to know if anyone out there in B-Roll Land can offer any advice on what else is available out there. Anyone I should avoid, what important details to look for, what kinds of costs should I expect, etc. The few websites I've found on my own don't seem to give any details other than "Wow! We're so easy to use!"
