There's been a lot of chatter on b-roll about the changes in the Minneapolis TV market. Is what was once a "shooter's paradise," changing? (WCCO changes, KSTP changes, Wertheimer, Mark Anderson, etc.....)

Anyway, get this, there's a interesting promo running on KARE-TV... in essence it says "we'll still tell stories with nice pictures and not 'run and gun.'" Would you care to let people on b-roll see this promo?
