EDUCATION: Minimum two years college or trade school with emphasis on Radio/TV or Journalism. Two years' of experience required in small to medium market as video editor or photojournalist. Related experience will be evaluated by Company management and may be substituted on the basis of two years of experience equals one year of education. Individual must be a creative storyteller and produce active liveshots consistently. This position requires sound news judgment, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility in work schedules and assignments. This person must be able to travel on assignment and possess a wide range of technical skills, to include operation of live trucks. Five years of news photography and non-linear editing experience required. Experience in the operation of microwave trucks is required and satellite truck operation experience is preferred.
