Default Live Event Streaming

Any recommendations on a PC (Windows) capture card with two or more HDMI inputs that supports multiple frame rates?

I did a live-stream of an election debate a couple of months ago using a capture card for gaming. It was the only card that would work with the output from my Panasonic GH4 DSLR. I had a Blackmagic Decklink Mini Recorder, but it would not work with my GH4 or with a GoPro.

I'm looking for something that will work with both and can deal with two inputs so that I can use two cameras.

I am using the vMix software as a video mixer.

Thanks for any suggestions.
