Default Capturing real-time HDMI

What are the options out there to capture, in real time, an HDMI signal into your NLE? Thanks!

I'm rarely recording live into my NLE, but I believe that Black Magic makes some really affordable options & Matrox has some nice I/O boxes that I've taken a peek at in the past.

I use The Blackmagic Intensity Pro. Works great for me.
