Default This job posting made me roll my eyes!

Millennial Correspondent/Anchor
http://www.mediabistro.com/joblistin...6576&c=jejptvs

"As we cater to the Millennial demographic, your role will require you to balance the tone and temperament necessary to embrace and engage the target audience, and to provide a fresh, dynamic face for a very human brand.

Based in gorgeous Greenville SC, working with this brand will require you to manage the scripting, production and editing processes of your own personalized news content. As our cycle is endless, so too will be the impetus behind innovation. As a result, all candidates must be flexible and quick to adapt to multiple dynamic responsibilities."

Read the whole add to see about all those "dynamic responsibilities" they are offering.

Talking How about this qualification...

I love this part of the ad:
"On-camera and life experience mandatory..."
If you are a fetus or dead, don't apply!

While reading the job posting, I just kept thinking about The Simpson's episode where Kusty the Clown was in a meeting with the network/show execs and they just kept throwing out buzzwords.

Particular interest in presenters with ability to write smart satire.
Is that Executive/Consultant speak for edgy and snarky? Do we really need NEWS presented this way?

Hell, the bad thing is, The Daily Show and Colbert Report are better than most of the "real news" shows on today.

This is not a job for a traditional news presenter but if your are a brilliant writer
..... that should be a warning already if whoever wrote this didn't know the difference between "your/you're, their/there/they're, it's/its" ... that's the type of people you'll be working with.
