I remember a few years ago when the standard rate for a BetaSP crew was circa 1,500-1,350 a day. Now I am seeing HD 2-man crew rates sometimes $2,250 a day. Now I feel like I have not been charging enough. the crew booking agencies still only want to pay me $1,250 a day for a two-man crew after their commission. I provide my own sound package, and hire a sound guy to operate it, usually give him $350. When people ask, I usually quote $1,350 a day for a two-man ENG crew with my HPX370. If it is F900 or Varicam, I usually quote somewhere between $2,200 to $1,800 per day, since I have to rent the camera.
Are my rates fair? Most of my work is evenly divided between corporate, reality TV and TV commercials.

You are in the ballpark.
I would say that $1250 for SD and the low $1800 for HD is a bit on the low side but a lot depends on what else you giving the client and of course if the client is one that use you frequently. Also depends on the market you're in. Your higher rate is standard.
