Velocity-HPX2000 Timecode issue

Twice I've had issues with timecode being off, after a reporter logged off my camera. The timecode for sots was off by about 30-40 seconds. Example: reporter says sot runs from 14:30 to 14:40, but after imported to Velocity, the sot shows up at 15:00-15:10. I logged a sot myself, just to make sure the reporter wasn't passing the buck and low behold she was telling the truth.

Has anyone else had this issue? My tc settings are set to record-run. Is there some magical setting inside the HPX2000, that I'm no aware of?
