Hey folks,
Just doing some research and wondering--on average--for the mid-to-larger market stations:
1) How many tapes typically show up on your desk when you post a job?
2) How many interviews will you typically do for a job?
3) How long do you normally spend on an interview?
Purely out of curiosity...well, that and... i'm in the midst of looking for a new job.
