EX1R available for pre-order

I received an email from B&H this morning about preordering the PMW-EX1R. As predicted, the price is much lower than they originally listed: $6,299.

It also comes with a SBP-16 SxS card, as opposed to the (now discontinued) SBP-8 SxS card originally offered with the PMW-EX1.

And, hey! Cache recording!

Do you mean like 14 seconds before you hit the button??
When I am using compact flas cards on the Z5 it will do this
but only when recording to card not tape. It is a useful feature
and keeps you from screamimg as you see the shot getting away
from you when the tape and the recod heard takes it's sweet time to spin up!

This feature is a life saver!.
