Best format & frame rate for most stations?

I have a news shoot this Saturday where the client needs me to choose best b-roll clips from my P2 footage, import into FCP and export h.264, keep them small (20MB) and upload perhaps twenty of them to an agency that will provide an FTP site for stations to download. I figure I have to shoot 720 for file size but my question is:

What frame rate will most stations prefer. 60 or 30?
