How do I add a 'Program Tag' for Broadcasting?

I just became a member of my local cable TV station and want to sponsor/broadcast (with permission) a series created by another producer. The program contract requires that I add a "program tag" at the end of the program where I identify myself as the sponsor.

I'm going to receive media monthly from the producer on DVD and was wondering which file on the DVD I will need to import into FCE to add my program tag.

Can someone give me a sense -- or a link -- as to how this type of edit is typically done?
