I pulled out some old stuff this weekend and found an old classic...a polarizer.

If your outside shots just aren't as colorful as you wish...hook up with one of these and have some fun.

After looking at a few still shots I did today, I noticed a hidden benefit too...increased exposure range for lack of a better word in the lowlights.

I always throw mine on for shooting through windshields to eliminate the reflection. It might be helpful to you newsies when shooting through the car window, to get a clearer image of a perp or suspect. Also good for getting nice saturation of the blue sky, as opposed to the washed out look.
