I know the LM series Lectrosonics transmitters have multiple modes for different receivers.

Will the LM transmitters work with say a Sennheiser G2 receiver on the same frequency? Would it have the correct frequency response,etc...?

I know I used to use a non mic plug that wasn't Lectro with a Lectro receiver back in the day with no problems.

We are using Lectrosonics transmitters with a slot mounted Sennheiser receiver. It works fine as long a the compatibility mode is adjusted on the transmitter itself.

Lectrosonics was great about walking me through the process.

I have an LM100 for work and so far have been pleased with its performance. I have no doubt that there is a quality difference between it and a 400, in addition to the more obvious differences, but for day to day stuff in a not too intensive RF environment they are good. Handy to know that they can do this as well. Now if I could just get to be pleased with my XDCam audio...

Yes lectro trx will work with Sennheiser G2 rx on the same frequency. All you have to do is switch the transmitter to Mode 200. Here is a nifty pdf document on how to do this exactly. http://www.lectrosonics.com/service/tn1024.pdf

How about the opposite, a Sennheiser transmitter to a Lectro receiver?
