Parabeam Lights

Has any one worked with Para Beam (http://www.kinoflo.com/Lighting%20Fixtures/ParaBeam/ParaBeam.htm) lights? I worked with some one the other day who said they have a longer throw than other flourescent lights. I'd never seen them before but they seemed to work pretty well.

Sure. I'd agree with his statement. Throw a little better, somewhat more output than a 2ft 4bank.

They throw a stronger beam, but they are heavy and more bulky. A good compliment to other Kino-Flo's, but not a substitute for a HMI when it is really needed.
