I am sure what direction this thread will go in, but I have been reading up on all the latest innovations coming out, threads about VJs and OMB so I can see how much everybody is concerned about their jobs and/or future....whatever.
But I can't help but comment that even though the technology is good and is advancing....the quality is very shotty to say the least.
Will people appreciate all the cell phone VJists but ignore the poor picture/audio quality? If they crap then thats what scares me. All the memorable stories I have seen or been a part of have been well shot and clear audio wise......but if we have these gadgets but the picture is bad will the public get used to that?
I like youtube....but the majority of the quality is poor/bad/not good....you get the picture. Any thoughts on this?
