Is this a good deal on an editing system?

I have been a tape-to-tape editing guy. I want to start my own freelance biz to do commercials and corporate video.

I spotted this on Ebay:

I would say NO. If you have any Avid problems, Avid will not help you. This is not an approved Avid Computer. If your going to drop that kind of money, you want to make sure you have support.
