It was a link to a quicktime file of like 3 minutes of black....

It's a Quicktime file, but it sounds like you might have a conflict w/ Quicktime. Played fine for me.

:60 seconds? It felt like an hour. They need to start driving hybrids to save the world. Al Gore wouldn't be happy.

Kinda cool. If it were a US spot, you would need some NASCAR guy driving past some drive-in, a gun shop and a crack house, then stopping at a gas station for some beef jerky and a Mountain Dew.

If it were a US spot maybe I wouldn't have become so bored after about 30 seconds. Admittedly I'm NOT a racing fan, though I do like to drive fast.

What made this spot stand out to you, B.S.? It was shot nicely, but with no apparent storyline, no narration, no dialogue and no end in sight it lost my interest quickly.

It was well shot...and there was indeed a "storyline". The last shot tells it. And there's no need for narration or dialogue. That's the point.
