Countdowns

Does anyone have any generic countown leaders that they can post or link for download? I know there are some generic and old style film leaders availible on the internet but I'm looking for ones we use in editing that include "start video here, start audio here." Over time our contdown tapes have been lost or damaged and our graphics department doesnt really have the ability to create new ones, so any help would be appreciated.

and put something together in Windows Movie Maker (dare I say that here) it is only for a countdownn to feed tape so??

Thanks, I can try some of that but don't have fcp or premier, or any money to spend so i'm just trying to cheat and steal one already made.

A threw one up on my server for you, just go here:

Right click on "Countdown.avi" and Save Target As to the area you wanna save it. If you want something different, file type or a logo on it just PM and i'll throw it up for you no problem. Hope that helps you our a bit!
