The other day after I got home from dinner i logged into my e-mail and saw i had a e-mail from ESPN. It was a shocker, since i did not apply to ESPN. They got my resume off of a sports jobs web site. So on Sat. I was watching Pitt vs Georgetown when my home phone rang and it was ESPN on the phone. It shocked me that they called the my home we talked for a few mins and now I have an phone interview set up tonight with them. It is not a shooting job, that would be a dream of mine to be a shooter for them. The job is for ESPN's Programming Integration department as a Content Screening Associate. My question is what is it like to work for ESPN, and how do I become a shooter for them. Any information with help.

To be a staffer in Bristol(from what I hear from people who are there) is great if you are an engineer or manager. If not, prepare to work long hours for small pay in a hick town at a facility with the ego the size of King Kong. They'll make you think its a privelege to get paid at all!

Most popualr phrase coming back form people I know is "Don't drink the Kool-Aid!"

That job title makes it sound like you're one of the people they hire to just sit and watch every pitch of every single MLB game and log the stats for each game.
