Curious how HD shops are handling ingestion of HDV from cameras like the Z1. I'd love to just refinance the mortgage for an F350 right now, but at the likely $25-$100 a story, that's not going to happen.
The video can either be dubbed to decks with component inputs or delivered digitally in the captured format (m2t transport). I thought some stations making the HD transion might already be using HDV for a stopgap field acquisition format, but I was curious if any stringers were feeding in HDV and how it is being accepted.
