Anyone use Britek lights?

A 3-light (600w per light) kit, with barn doors, 2 softboxes and stands for under $500. Seems like a really nice deal, but my 'too good to be true-o-meter' is making me skeptical. How reliable/robust are these?

Aren't those the softboxes you see on ebay with the fans to cool the lamps? I usually have enough problems with location audio without the lights adding more noise. YMMV.
