anamorphic lens adaptors

Anamorphic lens adaptors for 2/3" chip lenses?

I've seen these for DVX100's and DSR250's, but I looked at Schneider/Century optics website and couldn't find any screw on or other type of adaptors that squeeze a 16:9 image onto a 4:3 2/3" chip.

Do they even exist?
