New Server Issue or just me?

I've noticed since B-Roll moved to it's new home on the web that I've been having trouble with the forum. For example, everytime I post a reply, it displays a "Page cannot be displayed" error, but when I go back to the forum the reply is there... Also just now I was prompted to log in twice. Never used to have these problems on the old server... Is it just me or are others experiencing this as well?

Anyhow just thought I'd mention it, in case Kevin needs to do some further adjusting or whatever. :D

I've had that "page cannot be displayed" message come up too on occasion. It's usually only when I'm at work... never had it happen when posting from home. I think it might depend on the computer or browser your are using... At least you don't have to rewrite your post again... that can be rediculous if you wrote a friggin essay like I have seen sometimes on here... haha

What really pisses me off are these mouses with the extra side buttons for forward and back on pages. An accidental click will sometimes cause you to lose a LOT of typing. There have been times where I would have caused the person who invented that feature to have thought hemorrhoids weren't so bad after where I would have put the mouse. Think Lemmywinks.

I get quite a few blank pages with "Server too busy" at the top, then when I reload the page it's usually OK - sometimes takes a couple reloads because I will get the busy message again right away.

I used to have that problem at home until I upgraded to IE7. Now the board works just fine here.

I noticed today that the computers at the office must still have IE6 because I was having the same old problems there.

I just got IE7 and it works like a champ. But I did have the problem everytime I posted something when I was not using IE7. I dont know about firefox.

I have occasionally seen that problem with Firefox; but now that you mention it, it hasn't happened in a while.

I think 1911A1 is right, I have IE7 at home and IE6 at work. just a minor glitch in IE6 i guess...

OK, yup it's an IE thing. Works in Firefox. Seems to only happen when there's the "goto=newpost" parameter in the URL.

I used to have that problem at home until I upgraded to IE7. Now the board works just fine here.

This was the same solution which worked for me. Before...I had the problem when posting. Now, with the upgrade, no problem.;)
