How do I make a link with a title?

I know how to post a regular link, like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGQMyN75LFQ
But how do I post a link that doesn't have the address showing, but I can create a title or description for? Like when people say CLICK HERE

Click the URL button (the globe with the chain link underneath) .

Type in your web address.

You'll end up with something that looks like this:

URL="http://www.cnn.com"]http://www.cnn.com/URL]"

So go into the second address (the one not in quotes) and change it to whatever you want, like this:

URL="http://www.cnn.com"]CNN/URL]

and you'll get this:

CNN (http://www.cnn.com)
