Given that this guy like many have an agenda of some sort, given that many who have an agenda understand how the media operates and what makes a good story, given that people with agendas will attempt to manipulate the media...

This guy is trying to manipulate the images to his agendas' needs, like almost everyone else we meet; just that many are more subtle or better at it.

Indeed I wonder what the agenda of the people who showed us the video, slow mo'd it and captioned it is....

Stuff like this happens every day everywhere - that's what our individual moral compass is for...

Having an unfiltered source of truth will never happen. I do see value in understanding the origin of those shots.

As we do our daily jobs we need to go about them in a way that would stand up to scrutiny. The guideline is that if you aren't willing to let the viewer know how you got a shot or information, then you should not do it.

In this specific example I have to say I don't completely understand what is being done and to what end, so I'm going to have to withold judgement except to say I wouldn't want the body of my dead child exploited in that way.
