What are the prospects like in Chattanooga TN for a year-old photog coming from Charleston W. Va.?

Cost of living, pay, benefits, other close markets? (Huntsville?)

What would be my best course of action if this is where I end up?

I was offered a job in Chattanooga about a year ago, pay was what you would expect....not good.

I love the Chattanooga area. I worked there for about five years back in the eighties. It is what it is. It's a good place to live, it's a decent TV News town and it's a medium-to-small market. The great thing is it is a feeder market for Nashville, Birmingham and Atlanta. With your level of experience it sounds like it could be a god move.
