I hope you didn't just stick it on your station's website & call it "good."

It's been my experience...if you want applicants, you gotta get your name out there. And I mean everywhere.

I've even been known to call stations in smaller markets where I know someone who might be looking to move "up".

Unfortunately, finding photojournalists has for many of us become a 2nd job. Why? Well, for starters, we're usually underappreciated, overworked, and ALWAYS underpaid. Did I say that out loud? :)

Getting to the point...don't settle for a single posting. Get your openings out to as many places as possible. Most of the places on my list allow employers to list for free, so take full advantage of them!

Finding quality is seldom easy, keeping them is harder yet. I wish you luck!
