My station just gave us(photogs) a huge raise, man i can't believe it! and Iv'e been only here 3 months, it's nice to know that hard work really pays off. So, what is the most money your station has ever giving you guys? :D
I'm wondering if this is KTNV. I heard those guys were going to get a well deserved raise.

What's a Big Fat Raise? How much were you making before and how much do you make now? I'd like to know what others in different markets get.
Thanks!

not all that great? i'm barely making HALF of what your first salary was....asked for a measly $1.50/hour raise (seeming i haven't even gotten a cost of living increase in 3 years....and no raise since i was a commercial production assistant....and my raise before that was only $.65/hour) and it was turned down by corporate.
count your blessings....

Are you in DFW or HOU? I'm with "wtf"(nice acronym)...20g's across the board seems a little unbelievable. I'm thinking the salary survey may need some updating if the low is up to 55 in one of these markets. "This just in, Texas is suffering from one of the largest floods (resume tapes) in history."

a $20,000 raise??? bull**** I too am a little skeptical of that number. Not calling you a liar, but 35k to 55k is a hard one to believe. Congrats if you speak the truth.
eyeshoot, just curious... how many years of experience do you have?
